Hi Tomy, i have had the same problems for a good few seasons now.. this is my take on it...

The main thing here seems to be form... if you have just 1 bad form player in your team it can bring the rest of the team down and others under perform too, leading to defeats and poor ratings!! (some players seem to be affected more by the presence of a bad form player)

Took me a long time to figure out what was happening and i wasted many tokens on bad form scout players.. i always used to change formations for most games and kept a versatile squad and would watch every game... because of these problems i have had... i now play 4-3-3 ALL the time, and never watch my games as i too was getting penalized for watching... the main thing now is that i introduce new players to my squad one at a time so that i can keep a close look out for bad form players and i know immediately who is the problem in my team!!

According to my observations it is only the MC position which causes the trouble... all of my bad form players i have had to bin have been MC's... at times i have thought strikers too however the bad form strikers start performing when u eliminate the bad MC from the team... it is often the player getting a 5 rating who is the problem and the def or str with the 4 rating are actually just being affected by his presence.

Unfortunately Nordeus really don't care about our suffering and any tokens spent on a bad form player are WASTED!!! If we bought anything from anywhere else in the world for our £5-7 and it didn't work, we would get a replacement or refund... Not here!!

These are just my observations from my own problems but if anyone else can give more info on this issue i would love to hear it!
