Season 67 - Week 4

Just had the away leg of the cup. I am happy to announce....

THE TRIPLE IS ALIVEEEEEEEEEEEE

Since I lost the home leg 1-2 (unfortunately I may add), there was a bit of pressure on the team. But Captain Cassourret got the lads together in the locker room and gave them a pep talk of legendary proportions. "Last season blah blah need to win blah blah triple is on the line blah blah FOR THE FANS" or so on. Really got the players going, and we opened up a healthy 3-0 lead first half. Pretty much sealed it, and slacked off a bit in the 2nd half.
This is now the deepest I have been in the cup round since winning it four season ago.



The league is progressing well too. Had a potential banana slip against ARSENAL (Grrr Wenger). Actually I take that back, they're all potential banana slips since most of my league buddies are higher quality. But won 3-0, so all good. Couldn't watch it either.



Unfortunately, the CL is not going as well. I lost my first game in 5 season in the CL. Against lowly opposition too. Hybrid 3/4/5 star team. Leaves me with 1 point in last place after 2 rounds. Going to have to potentally win all remaining matches to guarantee getting into the playoffs! A draw today could see me out.

After 10 seasons I decided to give a chance in my academy player. A 24T academy ST.
First game, not bad.
In the second game, almost got mom but my "old dog" Neymar didn't let him




this season, so far so good
