This game is so unrealistic. 27 years old should be the prime age for outfield players and around 30 for goalkeepers.
By the way, you got a good deal. If this players turns out to be a fast trainer, then he may be one of those rare 'gems'.

It is strange that the previous owner sold him though. Maybe the club's finance was in red for more than 7 days, and thus, this player was automatically transfer listed.

Then later he has to let them go because his squad is full.

27 years old is 'young' for a GK in real life.
