Can I do well in this game without buying tokens??

I`m now level 7 without buying tokens, i now have 170 tokens saved as i was savvy in transfer market ( no bidding wars and never buy at start of season, my ave squad age is 20.9 so for next couple seasons i won`t need to go mad in the transfer market though will still look to improve , and my stadium hold 57,oo0 ( two season before building again ) and all other building up to date

Its good to hear there can be success without buying tokens! Im level 3, had bought 1 scout player and a few tokens at level 2, basically because i felt i had too! Tbh i was doing fine without buying, won my league by a 10 point margin and got to both cup/champs league finals! was defeated by a scout buying manager in the cup final (pretty much his full team was scouts, hadnt a decent subs bench nor done any stadium work). Really got to me actually and then the champs league final i was destroyed 3 - 1 because i played the wrong formation and tactics!

Yes you can have good performance even at the highest levels but don't exepect to be better then somebody who is paying for tokens.

Things will be harder but then it can actually be more enjoyable if you have the right attitude. Success for many clubs is being promoted or going as far as you can in the cups. You don't have to come first to enjoy the game and any trophies you do win will be all the more sweeter.
