Before we start, here's some questions for you:

What have you learned from last season?

If your first few league match results are poor, then Tank. You can effectively Tank by just using the poorer players in your squad - no need for the usual tactics of mis-positioning your goalkeeper...

Where did you place last season?

Palace Casuals - 13th - successful Tank...; Group Stage in CL, Prelim. Round in Cup
Palace Terriers - 1st - first League Championship ; no-qual in CL, Play-off Round in Cup
Desert Rats FC - 4th; Quarter-Final in CL; Play-off Round in Cup

What's your current level?

Palace Casuals (28th Season) - Level 26, again.
Palace Terriers (5th Season) - Level 5.
I have decided to discontinue managing Desert Rats FC, as it was becoming too time-consuming and confusing managing three teams at the same time.

What's your budget for this season?

Palace Casuals - shouldn't need any improvement, as squad was gradually renewed last season, given the freely-available 5* NorGen players that were in the TM - picked up 11 players, mostly for 1T/2T each, they should make a competitive squad once they get match-practice together.
Palace Terriers - 10M + a few tokens.

Who do you want to replace?

Palace Casuals - see previous answer!
Palace Terriers - need a second GK, player replacement include an ST (2*); a DC/DMC and probably the entire MC (3 players) if they don't star-up quickly (all 3*).

What are your goals for this season?

Both teams: CL spots in League, progress as far as possible in other competitions.
