In the Level 5 League it was 2nd vs 1st and the 100% record remains intact, Palace Terriers winning 2-1 to stretch their lead to 5 points. The match was fairly evenly fought until the last 5 minutes of the first half, when Tony Meikle and Carlos Pineda scored twice in three minutes to give the visitors the lead at the break. Palace Casuals were also away at 2nd place in their League, but the result was completely different. Casuals held their own until a penalty incident in the 52nd minute enabled the home side to take the lead from the spot, and with 13 minutes to play, they increased the lead, defeating Casuals 0-2.

Palace Terriers' Champions League campaign is well and truly back on track as they recorded a 2-0 away win to go top of the Group and guarantee progression to the Knockout stage. On the half-hour, striker Tony Meikle was injured in a tackle and Rui Pinhal despatched the free-kick to give Terriers the lead. In the second half, the home side seemed to have a 'foul-a-striker' session, substitute Ben Atkins being targetted on several occasions, from one of which Pinhal netted the free-kick to give Terriers the win and the points.
