I'm a lvl 10 manager and recently i started to post in the forum. For now i'm only posting in the Season thread, but i will try to share more experiences. The principal problem that i have is that english is not my first language so maybe i write some things wrong, but i do what i can

You aren't the only one. Even this english language part of forum has few active members whose 1st language is English, most of us use it as 2nd/3rd/... language
Btw. Where are you from?
This forum has few languages (turkish, spanish, serbian etc.), that's why I ask.
