So, I ‘m trying to write some observations (or tips) I had so far – it’s personal and I ‘m not sure if everything is right.

    - ST position isn’t working – at least as few seasons before. Before that, it was also difficult but after some tries you could find some good or descent players.

-It’s not the players fault or “bad” program. When I give my STs new position as wingers, they ‘re playing good and score a lot.
    - Also some STs I have are good in free-kicks but not in one-to-one.

    - STs can perform good (and score 2-3 goals) vs weaker or abandoned teams where I have domination score but doing the usual performance of 7 and no goal vs good teams with 5* defenders. At least some time they’re giving assists to their team mates so they can get a rate of 8 instead of 7.

-Opponent defenders have the usual performances with rates of 7-8, nothing changed to that, but oppo GK are really spectacular. In older seasons if a GK made 5 or more saves in a game, it was a great performance but now is very common. I play two games, in three competitions and almost every day, in one game, oppo GK has 5 or more saves . The record of this season is 12 – LOL.
So, oppo GKs seems to have an advantage vs STs (possibly in one to one situations)
Bicycle kick of course is a movement that a STs has a 100% fail.

-Most of the players in top rated scorers of the leagues aren’t STs.
    - STs of my opponents also have bad-mediocre stats.
    - In the transfer market, things are worse.

-People who ‘re playing the game with the live animation, mention a lot of times that STs when have the ball in front of the GK, giving pass to another team player or just in the corner – lol. So, maybe it was a change of the program, when the new app started.

    - If you find a fast trainer, who ‘s failing to perform as ST, give him a winger position.
    - Adding also “sudden strike” sa, looks like a much better investment than “one to one”.

    - It seems that increasing the quality of a ST is not enough to perform better.
    - Also using 2 or 3 STs in a game doesn’t help.
    - When I was playing vs teams with no players in the flanks (MR-L, AMR-L) 4-4-2 ND or 4-3-3, used to set a 3-5-2V. Now I prefer to use my extra player in MC or AMC position - 3-6-1V.
    - Also tried a “park the bus” formation in a game 3-7V, no ST at all. I won but it was a weak team. Maybe to search more about this.

    - I was talking with a fb friend and told me that he had an academy player, 21T, ST and he was thinking to sign and train him to 7* (he has about 400 greens).
Told him, not to waste his T and greens for a ST junior. If it was for another position, ok, but now for what ? To play for a 7 and no goal every second game ?

    - And of course don’t buy a scout list Striker

    Any other ideas ?

Agree with 100% with all that, this season after having some problems with my team that always play wide with 1 max 2 I changed for a game or 2 to ND and a mixed of ND one of my strikers show a bit of improvement on performance scored some goal and had an 8 rating, but that was very little and next games back to square, so I had this player aml/amc and I training him as striker too and also shadow striker he was great at the beginning of the season while I used him as aml, after used him 2 or 3 games as striker he started to perform bad and even as aml he wasn't good so I didn't use him anymore as St and he is good again, best thing to do as you said not to invest in the strikers stick with some average one just to fill the position and wait until they get well again, which I believe it will soon.
