Yeah i agree with your statement

I've got a player who is good at 3 different position (DML,ML, AMR) that always scored in every match (not for this match because i replace him with new young talent that got 7 star) and make he pissed off with my player and he is trying to negotiate with my player๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚

Maybe. It because the tackling style I used is hard. Because all of his player is 6 star level and we are in same level

(I don't know if this is internal programming of the player or from the process of the game).
The latest seasons, you can see in scout/list, players like DML-ML-AML. I asked some people and tell me that those are good in all their positions. So, such a player, if he is playing as DML and set a red arrow to him, he is very dangerous at counters.
    I disagree,

But only because my experience is different. I only sign DR/DMR and place red arrow and they usually attack the edge of the box and find the corners. The top scorer in my division is a DML/ML with free kick ability. The ability might be a big factor none the less he's scoring.

I believe players have a form code behind the scenes. Meaning played in a certain position in a certain formation, he'll play above average depending on the opposition and possession. I think it's about getting that right formation to suit as many as possible.
