Can I use my unsigned skill points for better next season’s CUP draw ?

Hi my friends

First of all, I would like to say some words about my team. I have a team with 11 fast trainers 4-5 * who are gaining almost 1 skill point every p. training (practice match/3 bars).
That’s why I have those unsigned skill points which I believe they will be over 1500 till the end of season.



Those fast trainers 'll be 6* at the end of the season.
I have 2 6* players, one scout of this season and one from previous season, and finally 7 experienced players 4-5*.
As you can see my course bellow, I won some titles but I really like to win the tremble (at least once).



Next season (lv5) probably I ‘ll have a Cup LV9 (hopeless).

I was thinking keeping the gaining skill points for most of my younger 7-8 trainers, sell the olders and also those veterans to have a better draw in next season.
If I had a draw at level 6 Cup, at least I could have some chances.

Do you know if unsigned skill points count for next Cup ?
I would like answers from veteran players who tried it with success (or not), because I read many threads and I didn’t have a “clear” conclusion .

The unsigned skill points will be calculated too. So, it won't help you for the next cup.

I 'm a rookie but I read many threads in the forum.
Some exp. players tested some (other) things and from the results had strong evidence.
Sometimes members of the forum asked Nordeus people and get answers.
But how do we know about this one ?

They are calculated, i personally tested it out on my alt team, had over 60 sp for each player, about 650 in total and kept them on purpose to see if they are being counted for the cup draw- yes they are.
There's no point to save them

For other managers experience we know it, too training speed will be reduced if you win a star "in virtual form" without assign the skill points.
Is true that too we can say that in this game there's no a place of rules that say how work that, and will be interesting to create it... so for now.. we have the experiences of managers that during these years in the forum proved how the game works, and I can assure you that unassigned cones count in the general Quality, but not in visible mode.

Lv 9 cup = 45Q or higer as average..
Found out that i usually get placed in Lv 8 cup with 40-45Q and Lv 9 with 45-50.

Only when you want to sell THE player i would let him before THE next star (4 or 9 ) else it makes no sense to not assign them. Cup draw Goes with youre best 14 players so when you buy at last day 6 1stars players you get a easier draw

Beckstar gave the complete answer I was asking for, by posting his own example.
I searched with "key" words all the forum, I found some relative threads but I didn't find any thread that an older player post his personal example and it didn't work.
Instead I've found threads that some people said that it help them for the next season and some others said the opposite but without explain why not.
