You 're right about the live but those abilities are also in players that don't have the sa.
For some of them, you can read in comments.
"Your DC" aerial defending (or defensive wall), throw the ball away (or something like this).

But we can't figure out the difference between a player who has a talent (internal programming) in a sa,
a player who has sa by "nature" (scout or nordgen) and a player which we give the sa.
