That was unexpected. Played against the number two. We lost our first match 2-0, when he was still league leader. I'm now at fifth position, three points behind 4th (who by all means shouldn't be there - >10 point gap in avq).
Ronchi (ST) and Stahl (AML) scored twice. Second remark of assistant manager is remarkable.
We were pretty efficient. This is at the end of first half.
Day 21 - Palace Terriers report.
1st vs 2nd in the League, and 2nd came with defensive/high/offside tactics to thwart the Terriers front line - 0-0 draw ensued.
Exactly three hours later, away for the Champions League Quarter-Final 2nd Leg. The Management decided against 4-4-2 Classic against the home side's 5-3N-2 and opted for 3N-4-1-2 instead, using the same high/offside tactics that the opponent in the League game used and achieved a clean sheet, scoring twice at the other end for a 2-0 win and qualification for the Semi-Finals, 3-1 on aggregate. Striker Samir Gross and AMC Nikolay Radev got onto the score sheet.

Concerned about next match away vs 2nd place as I may not be able to attend. i crushed him 5-0 at home last meeting but he has changed his formation since. I am playing a defensive 3n3w112 vs his 442WD. I will be content with a draw.

Phoenix United squeezed through to the semi finals of the CL with 2 goals from backup striker Cho scoring from corners assisted by Escobar. They scored an away goal on the 79th minute to give us a scare but we made it through 2-1 on aggregate.
Nevermind. He only has 14 players, one must of been banned.

As we enter the last 7 days of the season we also expect the hottest matches! Thankfully we are entering it in the best of the ways and we could hardly make it better.
Winning Eleven steamrolled its way to the Champion's League semifinals by winning 5-0 (9-0 on aggregate), and 0-5 in the league. Thanks to Cendere 1-1 we can extend our lead against them to 10 points, and 8 on River Plate. Tomorrow we have a really hot and difficult day with a cup semifinal and a league match on Cendere home! That will be a very decisive day!
World United won 4-1 and earned access to the Champion's League! That will be a hard task as this team is probably the only underdog and is going to face much stronger teams! Tonight it won 0-6 in the league and thanks to the runner up draw it also went 12 points on the 2nd place and 13 on the former runner up.
But contrary to Winning Eleven, it will have an easier sunday as the cup semifinal looks very affordable.
