Well @ achiie , I don’t think that this tool is necessary.
Things are more simple I believe.
Nordeus has this forum, the facebook page and some other sources to “listen” to their customers.
But then what ? Follow their suggestions ? Of course not.
Can you imagine a BMW project manager going to Nürburgring to ask the drivers there how to build the new X model ?
Or a marketing director of Alfa Romeo going in an Alfisti (the Alfa Romeo fans) club gathering at Milano, to ask them if the liked the new Mito ? - lol
If the project managers of T11 would listen to the managers of the game, they should make an update like this one Bridgegoth describes with humor in this thread.

There are two things someone can do.
The first is to try the products of their own company.
I don’t believe they do that.
I ‘m not talking about Jeeves or Voldara or some other adms.
(they have teams and do play the game).
I ‘m talking about some executives of the game.
What was the last time when they played the game as common players ?
Did they try to start the game from the beginning, with a LV1 team and see how can they progress for 2-3 seasons ?
I remember a movie, “What women want” , where the new gm (a woman, Helen Hunt) in an advertising company , gives to the men executives some products from their customers, to try themselves so have an opinion at first hand.
But those products were for women – pantyhose, hair removal and stuff like that - lol
Mel Gibson was one of them
The other thing that nordeus lack, is Communication.
Things were worst in the past, now it’s a little better with the presence of some adms in the forum (doing some basic things, mostly at problems) but still the rate is very low.
- There is no dialogue with so many people who are complaining about things
- No answers for questions like “Why the old version had to stop and why some of the features aren’t transferred in the new version”,
- No feedback about so many suggestions the managers are doing or some repeated issues (recommended players, academy, negotiations and scout list, playing in a +1 LV CH.L., problems with in the top of the server).
- No “wiki” or FAQ , not about the functions of the game but some fundamentals of the game (like special abilities or how the orders affect the game-play or skills).
* I can understand that many members are upset about the new auctions system but please respect the concept of this thread.
It’s not about to post another complain but to share some thoughts with people who might be interest to see.
