Ok follow the script :
Before few months nordeus ends the GK training trick
but at the same time changes the rules of the friendlies.
Unlimited games without some minimum condition and the most important, motm earns 4% at white skills.
The last one is new.
They "leak" the info to some wise guys in top100, they start using the new trick and spread the new exploit.
Now, the manager's who want to do this free training and create mutants, must play at least 40-50 games per day.
As they don't have so many lower q friends-teams to tolerate playing 3 times per day, they started creating new fake teams from the beginning, without bothering any real human manager.
The results of this is that T11 the last period must have at least one M' new accounts only from the trick, when PES maybe has 10 K'

In the beginning it was the Chinese who had 8-9* team by using vpn.
Then it was some Romanians who were using the loan trick.
Then it was the Turkish teams, creating super teams from tanking.
Then it was the Vietnamese and Indonesians with the mutants of 1500% fitness using the GK trick.
Now is the Russians and other, with 340-1% from friendlies and upselling.
Nordeus will probably stop friendlies as they do after many complains but they always do that only after few months pass.

I don't want to offend you, I know you have a group in top20 but as you can see above, almost all those tricks revealed by observing the teams of top100.
But I understand that some teams or managers also had to follow those methods if wanted to remain in top100.
You can't survive there with any other way, not for long.
