As I was working for many years in multinational companies at sales department, we had many seminars about this subject.
Remember when they were saying - It's not the sales but everything else around it.

To have a trust relation with customers.

To have information and feedback.
The rest (sales) will come.

Information, it's the most important in our days.

And nordeus can have a lot of information and feedback from the customers.
It's this forum , the facebook, including all those TE fb groups.

It's there were they can see what "customers" want and much more info and feedback.
And it's also there were customers are asking other old customers about the "products" and take their answers and opinions.
Is nord-guys there ? I don't know, they should be.

and leaving the game after 7 years


that means they can afford it.

In the modern times, daily we live a part of our lives in the digital world . The internet.
And all those browsers, search engines, sites, pages, mail and storage providers, forums,amazon, ebay, youtube, facebook and other social media offering their services for free.
Why ? Because we are consumers and potential customers.
And how they will sell ? With marketing and advertisements .
And what is the most useful thing in sales ? To find the customer's needs, what he likes.
And what is the most useful tool for this in digital marketing ?
To use sub-programs for tracking the habits of the users. What are they 're searching. What attracts them.

My team is wealthy. Every season I will buy a scout and waiting for a good (for me) recommended player.
This season I bought this one.


I think this is the max price of tokens I 've spent (except once I paid more but for two recommended players 5-7* at IC events).
I 've never spent that amount for a player (and I never bought a player with penalties special ability ).
Why most of the times the game suggests me players like him ?

Sometimes, given what Nordeus been offering, I get the impression like WT... they don't want our money or our tokens? They give **** offers that only a rich, stupid, beginner user will buy. Yesterday I got a daily recommended player - a 30 year old DR as a suggestion to replace a 33 y.o DR that apparently the opponent saw as my weakest player and will target him, but this player has not even been in the starting line-up since I started playing again, WT... ? The same applies for even the auction list; you have the tokens but where are the players you are looking for; they rarely show-up.

Either Nordeus people don't know about all those main undesirable things that users do not want or they are stupid or they know but they think those will not affect their business.

How they dont know? It's their game and they probably know everything but maybe:
1. Their priorities are different
2. To do even small thing they need to spend a lot of time to apply a fix
3. Their opportunities are limited
But when they do something they say that it's based on feedbacks. And i dont understand do people really suggest such lame improvements or company just doesnt know how to overcome it and implement into the game.

I think they don't follow directly the player needs , imo is a automatic generator that base the choice only on player position and quality

I find this idea interesting but to work, must have only tokens offer (I have a lot of blue and red packs, they are useless for me) and there must be 3 packs, a cheap one, a medium and an expensive.

Not only tokens, but more tokens too for that price, because as it is even if the user picks the right team as winner, he ends up as a loser as he will get less value for money compared to the normal prices of tokens. If the user picks the wrong team, it will be even worst. This above is just another Nordeus scam.
