LOL well....penalty is so random... my top scorer AMR with freekick skill...still miss penalties... lol he can score most of the freekick with a wall in front of him...but he miss most of the penalties with just a GK in front of him ~ i mean...not even on target ~LOL

I had a player that missed only one penalty in 2 seasons last year (2015). The missed penalty happened in a match that I think was 'fixed'. He was an AML/AMC/AMR with corner special ability. It might not be so random, and could well be based mostly on other things.
