I don't think age has anything to do with it. I have reliable players and unreliable players. All different ages.

Currently a draw so far. Both Tebily and Escobar have 102 goals in total. Here's the two of them. Escobar just edges this seasons lead.

2: MENTALY

Young ones dominate physically whereas elders dominate mentaly in experience.

I have used over 30 year olds who have performed to a high standard. I have a player aged 26 I've had for 6 seasons. He's been consistent every season, no difference.

The only significance of age is for the player to eventually expire. It wouldn't make a lot of sense to have a 200 year old player would it?
