Tactician, as Moi said, most of the hacks from the videos are fake, they don't even show all the screen and just a part and actually the hack they do is just nothing else then changing the values, that's easy peasy lemon squeezy .

9 stars are very impossible unless spending many tokens~
the new training system with fast trainner... and if you have enough green packs... 7 stars can be done... and at the end of the season, mostly will get several 8 stars (but promote...they become 7 stars again XD )...

my team right now, most for the players are close to 8 stars (one of my DC get 8 stars and my training LV 55) and even my two fast trainer i got 8 days ago... they are close to 7 stars already, the new training system some how train faster then the old system... but 9 stars.... well... it look either cheater or token buyer can do it~ (in same LV)

It's not that hard and not that expensive either. If you buy the best quality Scout player you have available, he will be 6 stars, but almost 7. Jumping from 7 to 9 doesn't require as much tokens as you would imagine for the Personal Trainer, and you can combine this with the regular training, using rests. It's not that expensive and doesn not require thousands of tokens, not even close.

It does, Moi, because scout players (from the scouts' list) are relatively much slower trainers. While it can done for one particular player, it would be very expensive to do this for several players; it is simply not affordable for say 99% of users. So far, as it is in this game, I think the best way to have a 9 star player is to buy the close to 7 star, 19 year old player from the recommendations list and train him to 9 stars.

By the way, I think that there are far more important things to fix in this game. Having 9 star players is not at all important as compared to having a more proper game engine that has more football sense in it. Take into consideration that this game is supposed to be a football management game. Things that are important in terms of football management should be there, but some 'nonsense' things should not be there. This should not function like a casino game or like game that is trying to fool the user. It is acceptable that the company has to make money for the service it is providing, but everything has a limit, and also it is a must for some things to be respected, that is the football side since it is football management simulation game.

I know, so as I was saying, is not that expensive and there are users doing this by purchasing tokens and also combining the Personal Training with regular training sessions. People tend to think having 7 8 9 star players could cost you milions of tokens, but the real cost it's far away from that.
