Once youth has been built is it worth upgrading? What happens if I do upgrade? Do I get better youth players?

Glad I finished upgrading all buildings and focusing only on my stadium and parking now. But seriously why does putting a LCD display in your stadium take the same amount of time as building a hospital, I think we all know the obvious answer.

@KenoticFC I think you may not upgrade things after some level without upgrading the stadium and same goes vice versa..

MeanwhiIe , I am looking for all upgrade photos of all facilities. Is there such a thing?
