Narrow diamond , normal , high pressure, short passes ,no counter , zonal marking and yes offside
I have been beating ND with a 3n 1 4 2, but it seems like ND is much stronger. I have either lost or drew a ND this season. Just lost another match now with Golden Eaglets. I was a bit stronger

ND can be beaten by 4-3N-2W-1 espicially if you have strong winger and like you said 3-1-4-2 works well too since I have used it in my first season and won cup and league against some managers used NDI have been beating ND with a 3n 1 4 2, but it seems like ND is much stronger. we shouldn't be surprised I caused it. I tend to have it difficult when facing formations like 4 2 3aml/amc/amr 1 and a hexagon, but when I use it, it becomes weak. Anyway am through in the cup, facing a team with 4 world class players and 2 scouts. We shall qualify by fire by force.
As alwasy i followed my tips, and after 38' without see Tokgonul, I did a substitution and Correa came to the field. 6' later Correa scored the 2-1 for us.
Good match of this player and Giannistanis.
End of a good day after winning the cup return leg 3-1 and qualifying for the next round
and a league win 4-1 keeping my position the same #1
P.S the assistant manager says I was simply brilliant
