I have been beating ND with a 3n 1 4 2, but it seems like ND is much stronger. I have either lost or drew a ND this season. Just lost another match now with Golden Eaglets. I was a bit stronger

ND can be beaten by 4-3N-2W-1 espicially if you have strong winger and like you said 3-1-4-2 works well too since I have used it in my first season and won cup and league against some managers used NDI have been beating ND with a 3n 1 4 2, but it seems like ND is much stronger. I won my CUP game, but 1:0 wasent enought and i am out of the CUP
Since my LEAGUE games was only 3 hours after i made a few changes in squad and again my ML Vob was the star with a hit trick and MOM in a 6:0 win
Yes he was the lowest quality player on the field
And now he is in the table of LEAGUE top scorers
