when is the daily update done?

with daily update, i mean when during the day (in GMT time please) is the game updated - eg league schedule created on day 3?
Also, if my player gets injured today for 2 days and i heal him so he has one day left...he should lose that last injury day during this daily update

Update is done at 3am UK time, so with BST in operation that's 2am GMT.

The League set up is done with the end-of-season update, and presumably the fixture creation is done in the background sometime over the two days following, to be released with the Day 2/3 update.

If your player has one day of his injury left 'today', then 'tomorrow', he'll be healed.
