Normally there is some sort of dialog between Manager and scout? You scout players you want or need.

I dont know why they dont implement this and this is how i think it can work: Nordeus generates a fixed number of players for each position, managers in that server can request scout to look for a player that matches atleast one requested position. If the scout finds a player and manager buys then player with same characteristics replaces him in the scout database.

If no player is found then, the manager gets an option to send back the scout. Restrict to one daily scout request or two with 24 hrs notice (like changing match time?)

The other managers in the same server can maybe then get recommendations accoarding to the most sought after positions so giving Nordeus the chance also to showcase this players to managers who dont need them anyway.
