During the match when u see the players as little circles. A arrow pops up on the field ever now and then and then it kinda pushes forward in the direction you're attacking
If you use right flank, then you put red arrow to your right winger it will go like that. To make cross faster.

It is not as obvious to many here because you can only see that arrow when watching on the computer. I don't see it on my tablet or phone

Funny that I only see it on the phone & I pad
I play on PC and I see it, I remember when reciving a counter I saw the arrow, not sure what means now, but, Ive seen it, and probably is related with the action itself, or the mentality... I think I won the ball in the counter and I scored...
Still pending to investigate this detail
Red arrow player will run the ball until he pass the opponent def. Blue arrow will focus on def even he is a striker.
