no, that's what i said. Can you train them really hard and play them in all games?
No hard training and playing in games too but you can use them in two games every day.
If you see my team's roster, NIK, I have few players. It's only 3 good players in my bench.
I do also a daily training for the bonus (two sets of -6,75 cond. loss) too and use them in two games every day (with the use of 10-15 greens of course).
But i power-train them individually - meaning one day I 'll power train 2 players and bench them.
one -two days after, the same for another 1-2 players.
Doing rotation in power training.

I guess this is more related for the old version... when, the players had chances of injury during the trainings, so was a simple advice.
Then I have to say that, I dont know, if, there's something internally that when one train hard after hard increase the risk of injury.... as some managers never trained hard and had a good amount of these...
Is like when you say, play with young and old players, I guess is more about effectiveness in performance&economic side, because you can have, some youngers, fast trainers who, can be the best Q. players of your team, same time, it is posible to find old players that with 5* are well programmed so they can give you a lot for a low cost if one know how to do a balanced team, and how search for adequate players.
Niko and Khris- Thanks so much guys!
Unfortunately adding "1 to 1" sa won't help with the STs problem
I f you have some extra greens, give him AMR/L position (try him playing out of position in a friendly game).
Also set him as a F-K specialist.
I have a ST with 1-1 sa and he is great in Free-kicks.

as I read it, it's like saying :. Older players may not be as effective against younger players with the same skill level. It is good to have a mixture of older veteran players and younger stars.

Hehe, but then it's worded a bit strange because it more or less say that you need a mix.
Am I the only one who feels like older players perform a little better than younger players? I touched upon that in my guide with an example.
A friend introduced me to this game and he has played it since the first month it was released more or less, he has a great analytic mind but I don't think he ever has read anything about the game. He gave a few advices, and one was that you must build a team with younger players but that the kids never perform as well as the older players even if they have as many stars so always have a good mix. Is that just a myth or have others experienced that too? I don't have much experience, but just looking at the stats from my two accounts the few seasons I have played, the 23-27 y/o's stats really stick out, and I mean a lot. But it could be because I train my kids too hard and don't rest them enough, I power train them but not the older players. Or it could be due to many other reasons.
