Yeah, I think with only a MC and a AMC you face a bit of a risk of being pressured back. I would recommend having at least 3 players at MC/DMC, or if you only have 2 MC/DMC, I would want full protection on the wings with a DL+ML and DR+MR. Or at least on one side.

Why are you playing with attacking mentality
You 're using only two attackers , AMC and ST.
I usually playing defense even if I use 3 (AML-AMR-ST)

No, that's not a factor anymore (at least the last 3 seasons).
Just "unfriend" the strong teams of your level.

Don't press high if u use DMC, only high pressing with attacking formations. If the oppenent set's counterattack you are screwed.

Don't play counterattack with passing through the middle. It doesn't work.
