Yeah, I think with only a MC and a AMC you face a bit of a risk of being pressured back. I would recommend having at least 3 players at MC/DMC, or if you only have 2 MC/DMC, I would want full protection on the wings with a DL+ML and DR+MR. Or at least on one side.

Why are you playing with attacking mentality
You 're using only two attackers , AMC and ST.
I usually playing defense even if I use 3 (AML-AMR-ST)

No, that's not a factor anymore (at least the last 3 seasons).
Just "unfriend" the strong teams of your level.

Mentallity: normal
passing: both focus and lenght mixed
turn off counterattacks and offside trap
zonal defence, tackling hard, low pressing

What did u do? xD as said Nik, will be good if you explain what you changed, what steps you did to try to change things... too will be good know if you pay victory bonus and if were used training bonuses... but, in the team, initially as mentioned had poor contibution, so... -.-'
