Season 86 - Are you ready?

Has been a good season, very hard, with strong teams and active managers.

My new player, from recomendations, 29T, he has been playing at AMC, but next season he will be my main striker, after Bessa retirement.



Today we play against 1st, that is a almost full scout team, we already won against him, who knows.

Missed the champions league finale. Open T11 and see thanks for participating in the champions league. Crap. That means I lost. Check the stats and it is a major troll result. End score after the game was 1-1. My team had 26 shots with 12 on target......... Nothing more to say. The advisary had 15 shots with 5 on target.

Penalties were the next step. Again strange stuff with the selection of the penalties. My two normal penalty takers are selected and after that my goalie and 2 defenders who are the worst players quality wise of my team. Both our goalies had the penalty stopper SA but his goalie was 1 star stronger so it is ok to loose on penalties. Still 26 shots and only 1 goal.............................................. ...........................ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ Z. GG WP to my advisary though.

Lets hope my main team wins the CL finale this afternoon. Both leagues are secured and aren't even interesting anymore for over a week.

Pheeeeeeew, two simultaneous CL finals (4 min apart), won one in OT and the other one on penalty shots...

The CL has gotten a little tougher. Faced teams a lvl higher than me in both tournies, and they were quite good. Al faced an opponent almost on par, but did quite well and won fairly in OT. Was never really worried. HFF though faced an opponent like 15% below it, but that opponent was tough. One of those games were it felt like no matter what I did -- all shots were blocked. He played with a DMC-DL-DC-DC-DC-DR backline (5-4-1). Tied it up to 1-1 pretty late, took the lead 2-1 in OT, but then instantly gave up a counter attack goal.

Something was odd in the PS though, I had a monster lineup with shooters, but only scored 2 goals on 5 shots (3 shots went wide). My opponent scored 1 goal on 5 shots, my keeper has the PS stopper SA, but must have been frustrating for him.

Double treble! Can I make it a double Poker? Tough FA draw this weekend, but not impossible... I won't repeat my Royal Straight Flush from last season though winning League, Cup, CL, FA Tournament and the FA division, we have gone 1-0-2-0 so far, its getting tougher in FAs too. But we had some bad luck/very bad timing mostly.

Bad day for the CL for me. Second finale also lost. Even match in chances and quality although I had 60% ball possession. Nothing to do about it. Again brilliant day for the goal keeper of the advisary. Both finales they scored a 9 and mine a 6. Go figure. On to next season!
