    Thanks to all returning Managers!
and a big Welcome to all the new Managers!

Before we start, here's some questions for you:

What have you learned from last season?
Come back after 8.5 seasons away from a team and you still get to manage it...

Where did you place last season?
Desert Rats FC won the League Championship and the Cup.

Are you participating in the new Association's Cup ?
    No

    What's your current level?
    6

What's your budget for this season?
    35T + $30M

Who do you want to replace?
2x ST, an MC and a DC/DR to start with, 2x DC/DMC and possibly the reserve GK as well.

What are your goals for this season?
Champions League slot, Wins in CL and Cup (both have majority of teams lesser Quality than the Rats).

    What's your training level?
    14

    Extra question:
Which will be your main formation?
    4-5-1V, natch...

Good luck to everybody this Season!

I'm thinking of stepping away a few seasons as well due to ease, consistency.

We were without a loss in league, for the second or third time. Had 4 on the top goals and ratings list, and held all 5 spots most of the season. Top assists.
Overall very pleased with the team, though we had a few hiccups at the end, like losing the CL final to the league runner up after beating him 3-0 and 1-2 in league the day before.

I made a few errors auction that didn't feel good, but we've arrived at a point where cash is excessive, no players were needed, and wins were as consistent I could hope. Feeling a bit dull with it.

Pueblo FC season 7, Arce, Kenny, Tupy all originals and solid at ages others would retire them. I'll have no problem holding onto them until they quit.

Just to tidy up last season, as that thread has been locked

Desert Rats FC won their last match of the season, 3-0, and confirmed their Championship win, de Alencar Arraes, Jezierski and Goggin the scorers.

I hope we don't meet the runner-up in the League this season, as the manager supported against me at all the last 10 matches bar one - didn't do him any good as the Rats won all of them except the one he didn't attend

The Rats start their 12th season at Level 6, and the initial playing squad is as follows:

    Season 88 - Are you ready?-s12-playing-squad-initial.jpg

First match of the new season, and a colossal advantage over the opposition in the Cup First Round.

    Season 88 - Are you ready?-s12-cup-cc-1r-port-kar-fc.jpg

That said, the home side fought all the way and Desert Rats take a 2-0 advantage to tomorrow's 2nd Leg, right-winger Emerson de Alencar Arraes scoring in the first-half and then assisting left-winger Gary Cusack with his second-half goal. Striker Matt Goggin became the Rats first injury victim of the season, out for three days.

The Quality of the Cup opposition this season is on a par with the First Round opponents with a few of equivalent and a couple higher Quality outfits included. The Rats feel confident in making good progress in defence of the trophy they secured last term.

The Champions League is similar to the Cup in range of Quality of the opposition, the Groups are detailed below; look out for the 'Group of Death' Groups A, B, G and H. The Rats are in with two other League Champions and a 4th placer, but they have a significant Quality advantage, at the moment. The team with the easiest Group (on paper) is Real Madrid in Group F.

    Three active teams
NIK as a league winner, played again in a +1 lv CH.L., promoted from 3rd position (not easily) in Super League and won it (the 2nd)

The target is the treble again so I went for the 2-4th position in the league. Finished 2nd.
My CH.L. is in the same lv so I 'm waiting for some reasonable League draw on Tuesday to see how is it possible.

RINOKEROS after some tanking had also the treble for target but I had a super team in the CH.L. and lost the final at penalties
(yes, L. Messi was the fatal player again )
Finished 2nd so my CH.L. is same lv. Let's wait and see the league draw now.

Man United also going for the treble.
Finished on purpose 2nd in the league and playing in a same lv CH.L.

I think I won the treble for the 3rd time so I got bored. Needed the break.

Well I lost my first game against a stronger team. My team just didn't stop them from set pieces at all.
