I know that amigo, but I mean I didn't see any info on forum that anyone received more than 72% academy player (or I miss that anyone received...)

true these announcements are very vague
you should still be able to buy a 39 skill Nordgen at auction for a few (1-6) tokens, a much better buy

It happened to me 2-3 times to get a 80% academy player, but didn't sign them because of the high token value.

This was mine a few days ago, priced at 14T - only just 5*, mind - if I'd kept him he'd need an awful lot of training to be a reasonably-rated player who can cut it with the rest of the squad, and the opposition...

since forever every new youth i got , release the strong one,sign the 2 stars one for free,sell him ,repeat

I didn't know it was so rare.
Yes, this is expensive, but I signed my 80% academy player because I had managed to find all my fast trainers at 1 or 2 tokens each, and I needed a MC.

A few rests later (not that many) he just reached 6*, and his ratings stay between 8 and 10. Bonus 10 goals this season. No regret.
