Answer to question 4)
The difference in bidding is NOT 0.1M
The bid lodged in Round 2 would be 100.9M
But for figures over 100M, Top Eleven only shows the first 3 digits..no decimal places are shown...so it comes up as 100M

This issue has happened with me too.
I would just suggest that you put in a bid in every round if you really want the player.
