Not a very good season for my team League 3rd,Cup Runners Up and CL champion. Only 1 trophy fail project.
A season in which I was planning on tanking in the beginning, eventually turned out to be my 3rd double in the last 4 seasons. The only title I missed once again was the cup, where I reached the semi-final only to be eliminated by the final winner of the competition.
I also created a table for my season stats in the way they were displayed in the old version.

Lost cup final in PKs... Lost CL final in PKs. Got the league locked. Not a terrible season, but so close to a great one.

Well and this is the situation last day, I moved the last match till next 1am (server reset is usually at 3.30am) so there is a chance to overcome the GD... but as said, Ive been at least 40 seasons in this forum defending a change in the League tie breack rules and this situation is absolutely irreal for me..

Actually he isn't.
Whilst the ranking system you are referring to is valid in Spain, where standings of two teams with equal number of points are decided based on their head-to-head results, in a majority of European football leagues, the goal difference is the second most important factor (after number of points).
