120 vs 100? It' like Juve, Napoli or Roma against Crotone.

I asked a lot because I'm still not sure about the engine.
I tested with a mutant couple seasons ago.
He did well like my other normal in first season (just as normal player, not better), but became disaster next following seasons, so I sold him,
It bugged me for few weeks.
I also saw some other players had surprisingly high attack attributes (~300) with very low physics (~20-40) but scored like machine.
That make me doubt that those freak players need a special setup to support them or something.
