    [Official] Top Eleven v5.8 - 16th of June

    Hi Managers!

    On June 16th we released Top Eleven version 5.8 on all platforms: iOS, Android and web-browser. This version brings great improvements to our Managers and below you can find the full change-log:

    IMPROVEMENTS

    • Improved player selling experience for our Managers! Players are repeatedly placed on auction until they’re sold, but their Manager can cancel the auction at any time.
    • Managers will be able to check the stats of players at auction.
    • All finished auctions are now listed under a drop-down menu on the top of the auction list, so they don’t take vertical space from auctions that are in progress.


    FIXED BUGS

    • We have fixed the desynchronization between the global timer and the timer on a bidded-on auction, once Managers reconnect to the game.
    • Assistant Report won’t suggest Ground upgrades anymore once a Manager has already developed their stadium units to the maximum.
    • At the Home screen, we have fixed an issue with a few notifications that were marked as unread every time our Managers logged in.
    • Fixed a bug in auctions that was giving an incorrect notification that the Manager won the player, although no tokens were deducted.

    Quick question, where are the stats from if the players in auction are generated and not from other players?

    The stats (and ratings), just like the players, are system generated. We've implemented these back in order to provide managers with additional information and details about the players they might want to add to their Squad. To help with judging a particular player's value and what his expected performance would be.

    And all those stats are fake(imaginary numbers) or somehow the devs have worked those player's stats?
    Hope they are not fake,otherwise we'll have another useless feat. fooling the people!

    It's fake, he/she just coated it with English.... I bought a player who had 10-9-9-7-9 as ratings.. He has played 2 matches for me so far and i got 7-7... I won by a good margin in both games by the way..

    These stats are simulated by the system. They are still representative of how the player should be expected to perform. The player has been generated with a specific talent for football. Whether you'd buy him on auction from a real club like before the Auction system rework, or from the system as it is now, that player would always have varying football skills. He could be a scrub, he could turn out to be a star in the making or an already proven master of the sport, but you as a Manager would still have to determine this by checking and comparing the information his profile would provide you with.

    Winning doesn't mean high player ratings. The guy is new to your team. Play more matches with him in the starting line and see how he averages out. He already has a 7 among those 9s and 10s, so it looks like his performance can fluctuate. Also in order for him to have any chance of raising or going low on his rating, he should be present where the action is during a match. E.g. A defender can go low if he's been constantly assaulted by the opponent's attack and just can't handle it, or vice versa. But if there is little to no action over at your side of the pitch, that same defender may just stay with 6.5 or 7. Unless he helps out with assist during attacks or even scores. I.e. a player has to play in order to gain any alterations to his rating.
