Should i buy a 22 yo 116% scout or wait and hope for an 18/19 yo 90+ in an auction ??

I'd wait. My view is, why waste 59+ tokens on a player who may or may not perform when you can pick one up for perhaps half that. But that's the chance you take.

Of course in auction for my opinion just be patient for it,you can find diamonds 18-19 years old players with good skills,multiple positions or sa.Scout 59+tokens for 1 player who is already at the very least 22 years old and with bad skills it's a bad decision for me.

it all depend how you wanna use that player. long term or short term. 18/19yo for long term from tm for short term scout is good too. thats my opinion.

I don't power train players I get from scout list I buy them and use them for 1 season, max 2 seasons. If I want to use a player for 5 seasons and above, I buy an 18yo fast trainer from auctions or negotiations and power train him.
I would advice u to go buy d scout player if u don't power train,and buy a younger fast trainer from auctions if u do power train
