I'm noticing things o.o
My 25 yo scout, Q39,4 is training twice as fast then my 20 yo 6* Q 41 peeps. And was doing the same when they were still 5*. Both the youngs are (well were) fast trainers indeed. how is possible lol.

Transfer news ...
We managed to get 2 more scouts from the scout list this morning. Both 22yr old with SA and a couple of SKP from Q45 (world class). The best part is that both of them can play 3 multiple roles: AML-AMC-AMR! The players will be introduced&presented tomorrow after I´m done with the PT training.;)
Other good news is that our 18yr old ST with SA (6*) is just a couple of SKP from reaching a star to become a 7*. Also our 20yr old DC reached scout lvl this morning, hopefully he will become a 7* with normal training progress.

I'm not confident I will. I dont have 22 equal players so I will need to rest some of my A teamers for Cup/CL (as long as top4 is not in danger). And the difference to 2-3 of the other teams isnt too big
Nice. My scout list was poor, only one worthwhile considering was a 23yr old DC at Q49. Rest were too old or ones I don't really need in those positions.Quote:

i just had my first league match vs an inactive guy who had like 8 players on wrong positions. Got the perfect start with a penalty in the first minute and went on to win 10-0. This should show the other guys in my league who is the boss :D

He is not too great, but only 5 skillpoinst away from scout and for 1T a real steal. I cannot afford a young one moneywise (a good one easily costs 4-5m and quite some T), I'm glad i have some money left to buy another 5* player to build a 22man squad
Yeah, I'm having luck with the scout list this season: Purchased 8 scouts just in 3 days! :D My goal is to PT all scouts to 7* the first 4 days and then let them progress to become a 8* during the season with normal training. With this kind of "philosophy" I will still have "world class" (7*) players for the next season.Quote:

We started the new season at home, waiting for the ones which can be considered our direct opponents for this League. Fabian IF presented themselves with a 4-1-3-2 with 3 men as MC. On our side, we opted for the 3-1-4-2 with the wingers playing as MR/ML and our DMC pushing forward, sure that the midfield superiority would favour us. And, in facts, we started rightfully with the favour bar pushing totally towards their half of the field and a 65% ball possession. Now, what seemed strange was that while our MCs shooted for 3 times for the goal, and either the defence or the keeper cleared them, our total shoots and shoots on target remained zero. What was raised, instead, were HIS shoots towards our goal. Before the end of the half his DMC injured, leaving him in 10.
We went in half time on 0-0 with 2 shoots total and 0 on target VS his 9 shoots/6 on target while we didn't and couldn't see one action from their side.
We wanted to take advantage of the situation given the troll engine acting, so we got in Becker (AMC) to use the space created by the injured DMC. We took out our DMC Hardy. But again, when Becker shooted twice from range looking for the 1-0, we kept being on 0 shoots on target even when the keeper deflected the ball twice. On top of that, his shoots went from 9 to 11!!! We ran out of patience and moved our MR/ML into AMR/AMR setting a 3-2N-3W-2, letting Schneider in for Lenders. And after the first action for them ended in a corner blocked by Price, Schneider went one on one with the keeper and failed. Just when we were ready to toss the pc in the trash can Paul Le Blanc launched a missile under the seven finally giving us the lead (67'). About ten minutes later James Derrick received from Becker and jumped the keeper for the 2-0's insurance (76'). Apart from that corner, we didn't see any more action from the contenders, and again we failed the goal with Hutton and Schneider just to watch his shoots towards the goal raising instead of ours.
The final troll occurred at minute 86 when we let in Everett for Jason Derrick, and on the same minute, right after the last sub, a "LATE" tackle took Paul Le Blanc away from the field for 6 days. With a score of 9 Oliver Hutton was sentenced MoM (???).
I'd like to say "A win is a win", but something is defenetly off.
Well not completely rubbish. Of course, they aren't proven to be 100% effective and they have some flaws. But they are quite effective in the most cases. Also a good guide to learn how different formations & tactics works and complete each other :DQuote:

We have a habit of getting red cards this season for spitting... But a win gives us the 3 points. Mata scored our first league goal of the season, after going through 1 on 1 he had options to pass but he took it down and smashed it into the goal. Lamb made it 2-0 from a corner kick and then Eastgate's long range strike made it 3-0 before he went off injured. Vittalone scored our 4th then Blomqvist stupidly got sent off for spitting, reducing us to 10 men. We were still dominating the 2nd half but only found 1 goal, Suarez from a Petersen corner...And then an injury for Lamb late on which killed the mood slightly.
Goals: Mata (6'), Lamb (11'), Eastgate (22'), Vittalone (29'), Suarez (73')
Sent off: Blomqvist (42')
So 2 red cards in 3 games... Last season we only got 1

League Round 1: Harrogate town 5-0 Ddaun FC
Goals: Norris (10', 37', 75'), Grissom (14'), Hardy (23')
The league has started well for Harrogate Town. It didnt take long for last seasons universal player Chuck Norris to open the scoring. Just 10 minutes in right back Garcia bombed forward and whipped in a teasing cross for Norris who headed home with it going I. Off the underside of the bar. Then 4 minutes later new striker Chib Chilaka played in left back Gil Grissom to tap into an open goal. Then in the 23rd minute Chilaka crossed for new universal player Ivor Hardy to rifle a blistering volley past the keeper. The 37th minute saw Norris score an excellent solo effort from 30 yards out. The second hall wasn't spectacular but in the 75th minute Norris completed his hat trick with another solo effort.
This is a good start for us. Hopefully on the way to a 2nd season of 26-0-0.

Having seen all you forum members getting into the same league with your new teams, the exact opposite has happened for me. I was promoted last season, along with 4 friends. We have all been in the same league for at least 4 seasons. In my new league, there is not one of them, and when I checked their teams, they are all in leagues on their own. They've split the lot of us up.
Don't have time for report: I won 6-0 in the league and 5-0 in the CL :D I might do a match report later

Great start to the season by TuaMa! It took just 2 minutes for Ivanek to pass midfield on his own and shoot the ball past the keeper. We kept playing with high intensity but Jan FC were defending realy well the first half. New strikers Ivanek and Martini tried to pass their defence but kept failing. In the latest of games against real named Turkish teams, July Fourth once again over powered and romped to victory, Kevin Mensah got sent off in the last league game of last season and was supposed to be suspended for the opening game of the season, but the Nordeus FA have revoked his suspension and he was cleared to play. We got off to a flyer too with Papaleo immediately winning the ball and a pass that found Michu who tucked it away in the first minute, Michu then found Mensah from a corner and Mensah's header made it 2-0, Michu in the 19th minute made a great run into the penalty area and was brought down and Papaleo had no problems converting from the penalty spot, Miku and Papaleo had further efforts blocked and the in th 37th minute Papaleo laid it off for Mensah to strike it home. In the second half we had a free kick and Mensah's cross found Papaleo head to make it 5-0 and we made a few changes after that and didn't create much afterwards, Just poor efforts from Miku and L.McNamara.
Goals: Michu (1) Mensah (9,37) Papaleo (19 PEN, 58) MOTM: Mensah.
