For me it looks like they invite you to an open party for the 100 seasons but only the VIP members can eat from the buffet.
The rest can do only with few chips

Of course my main team is a VIP but not my reserves.

don't agree with that.
I like the 100 kit and want to collect items out of the club shop
(even if I doubt that I 'll wear this jersey or emblem).
And 30 tokens is 1 or 2 free auctions.

In my opinion it will be quite easy for teams competing in easy leagues or with some tankers.
Otherwise very hard to score more than 180 goals in a season.

I was hoping to buy myself some emblems and jerseys from shop (some old from 3-4 years ago), but shop isn't important I guess.

180 goals under 50 games is pretty nuts when most will probably be kick out of cup or cl so less games and not starting it from the start dont help when most people 1st 2 cup games are easy (i got 8 goals in 2 games that may of help)

we are talking about having to keep 4 goals in ever game to make that...how many team in football ever keep 4 goals per game? for me i do hit 150+ goals per season but it will depend on what games i get that will depend if im going to have a good season with 200 goals or just fall sort and get nothing worth having when i got kits that i paid for....

Yes, that 100 jersey and emblem is really stupid looking. I would never use that. But if they would do something about shop and refresh it every month I would be happy to spend a lot of tokens.
