Some questions from a newbie

I am a somewhat new manager, level 4.. I have a few questions I hope you experts could help answer

(I have tried searching the forums for answers but until now without much luck)

1: draw. I've read here that to get a good draw next season your average is calculated based on you top 14 players. is that correct and on which day is this calculated? also, what do you do about reserves? right now I have 11 A team players and a lot of bad ones, three stars or less to lower my average, but what do I do about red cards and injured players during a match? do you buy reserves on day 1 and sell them at day 28 or what?

2: What is nordgens and why is it good? -I've read that they're Nordeus Generated players, but do they do something special?

3: Are there any training tips or is it just common sense? Are any traits better than others in regards to DC's or AML's or whatever? I think someone might point me to the relevant thread if there is any.

4: what about bonusses during match, are there any of them better than others? I've seen people on here talk about possesion bonus but I usually go for attack or defense depending on my opponent and my tacticts

bonus during match depending from game's flow
It's not the same every time.
My first bonus is defense and then I chose from the result so far

Okay in regards to the first thread.. Do I then have to buy new reserves every season and sell them again at the end of the season to keep my avg. low? -because that just seems to waste tokens.
The other three topics you have posted I haven't seen before so i'll give them a look and see if I can become a better and more efficient manager. thanks for replying

well, it's not so easy or every body else gonna win a treble every season - lol
but you must read more carefully, we 're not talking to sell all your team.
I keep 9 good players every season.
