ramiro correa costed 39 tokens ,+ 2 because I changed his name becoming the reincarnation of Roberto Baggio, and the other one used to change nationality, since the first time i forgot to change

yes. only 2 players may be 100- 119 %
stop those 2 on 119%, stop others on 99%.
