I'm looking for an advice ,
my stadium capacity is 43k, and my seat are 43k

I can add 10.5 k to seat or upgrade stadium to 57k which one is better? and if i add seats stadium capacity will increase or not?

Both choices increase your stadium capacity, if you have the chance to upgrade to 57k you'll get more assistance, and more assistance means more money at home matches. So I guess this is the answer to your question.

Update the stadium by buying the seats bit by bit (Small, Medium, Large), then do the stadium. You don't spend any more time or money over upgrading in one go, but you'll get the benefit of each little upgrade sooner (especially if you're relying on attendance money as cashflow.).
