Because he doesn't know that he has no advantage by spending real world money.
None of us know exactly how the game works, but, at least here in the forum there is a mountain of information to help us try and figure things out.
Those managers that play without information, who know less than us on the forum, will spend without realising that they are being punished.
At some point perhaps the penny will drop, realisation dawns and they complain like anyone would.
Lack of information is what Nordeus excel at.
