This creates a effect, these calibrations makes people think they have the key formation, or key orders or key of something, and then we've seen here in the forum loads of managers coming with a magical tactic, but, in the end, is not what they found, is what the game has set by default to work in a particular team.

Khris i can understand what you are saying but i belelieve that if you understand how the engine works and apply some logic on what u are doing you can get what you want, actually with my tactic ( i posted it on fb is not a secret) i'm getting the "output" i want with the imput that i gave like for ex. i want my amc to score , i want my aml to score etc...is not 100% visual. I already played with varoius shapes and of course they all have their weakness, is up to the manager make some tweaks
