Actually in real world, AMR and AML should have blue arrows
one MC should have blue arrow or he will be a DMC with red arrow
So,451V or 42131 in Def will change to 4141 or 423w1
1DC man on man,
1 dc for cover,specially if DRL on his side go for support
The most powerful 451 is used by Barcelona(41131) with Messi as AMC

In FM, red arrow means the position in attacking,blue means position in Def
I will not give ARML red arrow,cos they supposed to get ball from their current position

But to T11, I have no idea at all!

Your AM wide players will get more goals and assists with red arrows because they will look to run forward. But they will get tired faster. The experienced players here have given you good advice - take it

(P.s. if you think Barca's wide players have the equivalent of blue arrows, you haven't been watching them - they play very close to Messi, who plays as a deep forward rather than AMC)

There is a difference between position on field and position relative to your teammates, Barca for example tend to apply a full team press with a high line - their wide forwards rarely drop back into their own defensive third

But anyway, you can't directly compare between real world and game tactics. You can see my response to a post about illegal formations using Barca tactics as an example here
