Retirements - National team

I will have only 4 players in my national team after this seasons retirements

The players have gone , be they old or young and yes nordeus did replace a couple so I've got fourteen players but I'm left with 3 defenders and a two star goalkeeper my team quality has dropped by 30% ! I have 2 stickers left to finish the collection but with the drop in ability and lack of defence I'm not very confident just another way to use resources ?

Basically, I got an entirely new national team. Only 4 players from the last season, and 3 of them retiring now since they are 5 stars. Now, I have 2 questions:

1) Can we have a more realistic retirement algorithm?
2) Are we going to have a statistics page where we can see our historical players and achievements?

So, I log in to train my national team only to find my good 6-7 star players mostly replaced by 3-4 star. None were near retirement age and even the new player I bought last week has disappeared. No chance of completing albums now Top Eleven. Thanks for ruining the game.

What was the point in retiring all my players when there was only 1 week left to go. My team has gone from 140% to 80%. Literally pointless me trying to beat the final 4 teams

Keep merging all the threads with the same subject.
There is no need to open 10 threads with the same issue.
* but remember guys that our 3 opponents will have a quality that depends from our current quality and not as it was before.
So it's not hopeless.

Thats what I was thinkin'... is the same 7*, 4* or 9* xD

Even is better start with 3-4* players that can be developed faster... and be 5-6*... easy than a 7* to be 9.
