Hi, the issue is not arriving at least in place 8 (promoted) or not being promoted, as it's part of the game: 1 team wins the league,other 7 teams are promoted,the others stay
in current level,unless relocations required to complete higher competitions.

The question is: I win my league,so that I'd be eligible to association rewards,but: my current level won't upgrade next season as there are not enough teams to
create the higher level.

Am I eligible of rewards though not upgrading as Nordeus decided not to upgrade my level?

Top100 (and platinum, less) is the main motive for mutants and permanent tanking.

Just a note we're aware how these changes impact community-run tournaments and are working on a way to keep them running.

Please just copy associations strenght rules (only stars matters, not the level) to friendlies out of associations. This will solve this problem

i don't know in which level you are, i am in 65 level and we are on the same level. my team is 107% and this year i will not finish in top 8. so i don't think it's a terrible team

Sensible change. Makes the league a bit more important again, which can't be a bad thing and should stop some of the abuse just to get the tokens from associations.

If players still want to focus on associations they can do, they just won't get the tokens, which may not be an issue for them.

Seems a fair compromise all round, hopefully it doesn't introduce any other unforeseen methods for exploiting the game
