With a harder and radical decision, the league does not jump, do not rise, not participate in the tournament, do not join, saying,

Ahahaha, you think if you do this will not be anymore tankers? There is a lot wich play only association tournament and they have thousands account...

first, tankers have a lot of tokens. secondly, the costs of training players anything more than awards at the FA. Therefore, now these measures will not bring the expected result. PS to be honest-to solve the problem of mutants, there are a couple of simple options that developers simply ignore,instead, are engaged in only cosmetic changes.

Rewards Conditions

From the upcoming season starting on Feb.3rd, you’ll only be able to collect Associations division rewards at the end of the season if:
1) Your team gets promoted to a higher League level.
2) You’ve participated in all four tournaments with the same Association.
3) You didn’t leave/join/change Associations after the kick off of the first tournament on the 5th day of a Season.

How about the goups which have members without those qualifications, won't be represent in Top100 list ?

they will not enter top100 )) and will not receive an Association award for the season ))))))
this is not a fix mutants

Top100 (and platinum, less) is the main motive for mutants and permanent tanking.

Just a note we're aware how these changes impact community-run tournaments and are working on a way to keep them running.

Please just copy associations strenght rules (only stars matters, not the level) to friendlies out of associations. This will solve this problem
