So had 4 offers today!!
2 of them were for my first team players lol, but the other two were 3 tokens each for a couple of the 1* academy's I keep.
I raised them both up to 5 tokens and one sold already!

Good evening I have a training because there is nothing to do with the transfers of players to be able to transfer players to them or to encumber how it really is to real home football even more
Since some time, the negotiation window opens only in the last week of the season - a measure apparently took by Nordeus to reduce unwanted upselling activities. We are currently in the last week but what is the use of this feature to you now? I checked the negotiation tab; there is no activity going on at all. This feature seems to be almost useless. Why don't they remove it completely instead of wasting resources on something that is that useless? Who would even want to buy something from there in the last week when it is likely that most managers will not be in the market for 99% quality players in this period? And, suppose that someone will be looking for player urgently for reasons like he needs a specific player for say a specific match in the last week, he will likely go look for it in the auction list or scouts lists.
In my opinion, this was a poor decision from Nordeus to limit Negociations to only the last week of the season. Given how it is now, either they put Negociations back open for all the four weeks of a season or they remove this feature completely and replace it with something more useful like a wishlist. You will ask scouts to search for players of specific positions, age and so on, and they come with a list of foundings (which of course, will be a list of system-made players according to what type of player you are looking for) from which you can buy as from the start of season itself. There will be a cost for each search made, and also, the max number of searches can be limited say to 3 times. This will also reduce the amount of time users have to keep waiting and watching lists for certain players to show, and hence reduce frustration because the current market system is like watching stock markets for hours and hours.
You're not wrong, but unfortunately it's all been said before. I think most people now ignore the negotiations (although I still get a few random bids for my players). Like everything, Nordeous could have done this better by just removing it, but I guess they tried to compromise and ended up with negotiations being open for the last week.
It wouldn't surprise me if they did eventually remove negotiations.
To be honest, I use negotiations for upselling and downselling right now. I got 8 offers for one of my players and I sold one defender to a random manager for 3 tokens. Negotiations are in a good stage right now. Don't remove it
yeah my negos always gets rejected for no reason
How is it in good stage? What I meant is, it is of not much use to us managers that will look to do recruitements in the first week. How does it help us other than maybe receive an unlikely offer for one of the players we intend to sell and that is not important to keep in the last week. Who does recruitment, buying 97-99% players for 13+ Tokens in the last week of the season? Only inexperienced users will buy from there or those that are exploiting the feature by doing upselling and downselling using multiple farming accounts. Even an active non-promoting team will not need to buy from there in the last week given the other options available. Also, non-promoting teams are mostly abandonned or poorly managed teams or teams on low budget or those that tank on intent; the chance of a receiving a decent offer is very low. The negotiations feature was better when it was opened all season; it was more helpful for recruitement but also for those that wanted to sell some of their players for tokens.
Yeah, I expected that at least someone already posted about this here but the forum search option is horrible. It is hard to look for things already discussed or posted before. Really, I have serious doubts on what this limited negotiation feature provides to both users and the company.
@Tactician
I merged your thread because we had already one and no need to repeat the same things.
To make the long story short
The excuse for those changes in negotiations was not to permit upselling- downselling between accounts of the same owner.
But because of that, it was a good reason to increase the profit of nordeus because all we can see that the auctions have crazy prices now, for every player and every day of the season.
One condition (not to permit a second sale during one season or just forever ) was enough to stop it .
Now negotiations are used only for some tricksters or those who are staying season.

Although I know it isn't fair to upselling, I have fun with it. Instead of that I don't take part to crazy bid wars xD
Yeah, no worries. That is a good job on your part as a moderator. I did make a search before posting as I know it is better to not double post but the search feature here is not that helpful in some cases and I am on a small tablet which makes it more difficult. My initial intention was to post in the suggestion area to ask why not remove that useless negotiation feature, but then I thought I asked here to see what the others think about the current situation. On my side, Negociations seems dead - no activity at all since the window was opened.
I agree that this likely increased competition for the same player on auction and hence a further increase in price, but there is another thing too - the desired type of player or something close or a plan B player must first appear on the list, then secondly, you have to see it, which means you must be online there and watching the auction list. Briefly, they not only caused the price to rise more but also made it harder for people to find the type of players they desire. Some people cannot be here all day and night waiting for players to be generated and show up. Negotiations provided another way of getting players in early season but they took that away, and on top you lose on sales too. It is a clear double or triple loss for the users.
I’ll be releasing a video soon on how I make players like that. The ones who want to take advantage of this and maybe be in my next one hour long class hit the comments and write in each case the following:
Example : Server 128, Association tag: #40gypp , club level 14, Apolo Rock ( to avoid misunderstanding .. YOUR server, association, club lvl & name ~ the way it’s in your FB) I want a buddy to negotiate with.
Only one entry per server ... if you see your server just reply to the comment, don’t create another one.
I’ll be rounding up all the requests and creating groups for each server in my next instructional video. I believe everyone should abandon auctions and all that nonsense and use negotiations instead. Help me .. and yourselves to lift the community from this abysmal cultural mindset of missed opportunities.
That’s why I’m making the best possible video about it cuz it’s up selling only because no one does it ... give them all the tools and it’s just normal well trained players and many people in contact with one another. IT IS A BUNCH OF NONSENSE those rules! wake up don’t be slave of the mediocrity of the masses that don’t have your interest.
Btw I’m just here cuz whoever posted about me ;) forgot about my beautiful Taylor Hill ..
I don't have a problem too as long as you are not affecting me directly in a very unfair way (though others here may be affected), but this measure by Nordeus is sort of 'bull****'. It is probably more like Nik said - they used upselling as an excuse to increase their revenue from auctions. I want more options for me to choose in the first week of the season, not less. This game should be a convenient one, not an inconvenient game where the only other option you have if you want a list to look for a specific type of player below 22 years of age is the auction list and you have to watch it like stock markets for hours and hours. If Nordeus don't want people to upsell or to exploit the Negotiation feature, they should either take more appropriate measures to stop this exploit or they close the whole thing and replace it by something else more useful, but instead, they close the feature for the first 3 weeks of each season and force users to watch the auction lists for hours and bid like crazy on sometimes even a plan B player because the plan A player did not even appear after so many hours of waiting and watching those lists.
For me personally @Apolo it's too much time consuming and it's not worthy this (unless you 're a Vietnamese or Indonesian and you earning more from selling teams instead of chickens as Tactician said :p ) .
But if you enjoy this, no problem. That's the purpose of a game.
So I'm here again to explain a little bit more my opinion.
Well,
Instead of calling the players who use negotiations to make mutants "cheaters " and "exploiters" try to do the same. You will like it.
Let me explain.
First of all we don't exploit the game. We just use it's features to have advantage of. Secondly, me and apolo are trying to prove that most of the people are wrong about mutants. We are trying to open the community's eyes to look on the game differently. We are against auctions as they are waste of tokens since negotiations were only the last week.
Aren't you(not you nick of course ,im talking for most of the managers) the one who was making mutants with 600+% skills using the gk training trick (exploit) and now you are complaining about the negotiations because of up selling?
Look at the game different, try our method and you will love it. You will save hundreds of tokens as you won't be taking part into bidding wars for a 5 star "good " Player. You will just watch the other managers spending their tokens in auctions and you will be laughing.
You will be proud of yourself because this Player was made by YOU as you didn't buy him 5 stars and you made him 6 stars ...
You will be saving thousands of rests as you will keep the Player untill the age of 29+-
You haven't tried it and you are complaining about it. It's like you've never read a book and you are saying :
Those idiots read books instead of being in the Facebook.
Wake up guys, wake up. Look at the game differently and don't complain because others make better players than you.
Nordeus is trying to steal our tokens by making 100+people watching the same transfer market with you! Why not to spend 7 tokens to buy a well trained player who will keep him for many seasons ?but of course you will go to the auctions and give 30 tokens for a 5 star Player who isn't even fast trainer and you will sell him in 2 seasons.
I might add more later, not in the mood to do it now
I can do such exploitation too, but it is not the way I want to play this game. I have exploited some features of another game in the past, and I became one of the strongest in this game during a period of time. I saved a lot money compared to the amount I would have spent had I went for the normal way. The company responsible there were clearly mostly after the money but they did not deserve earning this money because of their improfessionalism and poor support. So, I know about the benefits of playing this way, but that is not the point here. Here, I spoke of a feature that was disable for the 1st 3 weeks of every season - a decision that only made matters worst for many users after the company made auction list common to users of many different levels - a change that already made the game worst.
I did not call you a cheater but for sure you can be called an exploiter - you exploited a flaw in the game to gain significant advantage over others that play the game the intended way as like I did for that other game (but I still paid some money ;) ). Others might call you a cheater because of people that been exploiting the game the way you did and still doing penalised them unfairly in the past and might still be affecting them. You must understand this part.
"I believe everyone should abandon auctions and all that nonsense and use negotiations instead"
"wake up don’t be slave of the mediocrity of the masses that don’t have your interest"
omg apolo, get a life. the best thing you can do is to quit this **** game and do something else. anything else. it will be much better, trust me.
this game is more than dead. it's a f*ckin disgrace. i was once very addicted like you and trying to do the best for my team. worked a while, fun and entertaining. now it's JUST server programming. nothing else. very little manager skills and control. i find impossible the fact that a team can win trophy/trophies by being inactive. it's just impossible. such thing shouldn't exist. still in T11 is more likely to win if you're not active. including associations. those are 1000% arranged.
i see here on forum lots of people complaining about same ****s over and over again, still no one is doing anything. just do like i did and quit this garbage and you'll be fine.
Another "interesting" thing about the new situation @Tactician is that some players look "invisible" in the nego market.
For example at those days I have this player. The logic says that he should be in some list.
I do not intend to sell him of course but still wonder - Nobody is interesting to make an offer for him ?
Not even those classic 0 tokens ?
I do not think it's a coincidence ;)
Attachment 129143
Either they are invisible or users don't want to bid for such players, but I have been checking the negotiations tab regularly since the negotiation window was opened and have I not seen even 1 offer on any player in the list (no activity at all). Another thing I noticed is that there were players of 97-98% in the list too. I have (or had) some players on 97%-99% in my squad too but no offer came so far. It seems that negotiation is dead here, which comes back to the question: why not remove it completely and replace it with something more useful for the mass; it seems that only those that exploit using multiple accounts on the same server are the only ones that can benefit from this feature.
I might be in the super minority here, but I think I like negotiations better this way. Instead of being annoyed by the constant person on the hunt for my obvious prize player all season, people have to make intelligent decisions at the end of the season. They can't just pick the best, highest rated player because in a few days that person will lose a star. It makes you consider age, potential, and worth before you blindly harass people other players. I haven't found a negotiation that has peaked my interest since the update but I will admit that before, I would just go for the youngest, highest rated player all season. But I like it this way as well since it makes the auctions worth while.
No offence meant but read the following.
How does the current negotiation help you in terms of making recruits? What is its use in the game for you?
If they removed the negotiation feature completely, people will have zero chance to annoy you the way you said as opposed to now where they still can if they want in the whole of the 4th week. Secondly, restricting negotiation to only the 4th week is not a measure to prevent other users to annoy you by using this feature; a clear, proper measure would be to provide a button to switch the player's status to not accepting any negotiation offer at all (which means the player will have no active negotiation offer button nor will he appear in the negotiation list; negotiation turned off for the specfic player). So, if people were annoying you or abusing of the feature, you could have asked for a 'turn off' option in the suggestion thread.
Are you serious about that part in bold in the quoted area above?
'worthwhile
/wəːθˈwʌɪl/
adjective
worth the time, money, or effort spent; of value or importance'
How does it make auctions more worthwhile? In fact, it makes buying players from the auction more difficult because it causes an increase over the already increased competition (due to having a common list with many different levels on the same server) for the same player in the list as users have less options to make recruits since the negotiation window is closed. Briefly, with the negotiation window closed, you have more chance of spending more money, time and effort to successfully buy a particular player from them auction list, so how is it more worthwhile?
Below are listed some of the effects of having Negotiations closed for the first 3 weeks of the season.
(1) Less options for making recruits in the first 3 weeks, hence less chance for a user to find the type of player he is looking for. Logically, managers should be buying most of their players in the first 2 weeks; so, the user is like forced to use more expensive options like the scout list or recommendation list.
(2) Increased prices of players in auction.
(3) Significantly less chance of selling players via negotiations; so less tokens and cash returned back.
It is a clear loss for many users but a clear gain for the company. It does not really prevent upselling as upselling can still be done in the last week of the season and the user just has to readjust the players quality at the start of next season by using training drills that target the lowest skills.
Negotiations are defnitely not over. Just got a hefty DMC for like 1 token in 100 M from a manager
Replying to that other guy, Yes. I think it feels more like an actual transfer window than just someone annoying you all season. I think negotiations are a cool feature. When someone does make an offer for my player, I kind of feel honored as my player is good enough and recognizable by other managers out in the game. And with the new restriction, they can only bug me for this player I'll never sell to them for a limited time, and eventually will give up and move on, especially if I troll them and hold their tokens for 24hrs, as they have a limited time to secure other options in the negotiations tab. I see why people may want to rid the system all together, and to them I say just ignore the tab. But great things can come from this, especially if it's with another active manager. Like I said- I just got a young DMC with like 200% passing and 150%+ defensive stats rated 5.9* at 99%. I can train him to hit 6* by the end of the season, I already checked he's a quick learner, and he will continue to develop and be a bedrock in my system for at least 3 more seasons lol. This can happen with auctions, but I guarantee for a player like that I would of have to cough up 40+ tokens at least and still not win, I got this guy for 10 tokens and 100m.... Just saying.
It's good to know that the negotiation works for you. For your DMC, I can do it with only 1 token. For example, I buy a 18yo FT at the beginning of the season and train him white skills (not using green packs). At the end of the season he will be 6*, maybe he will be not at 150+ def stats but I guess yours is 19 or 20yo.
Yeah mine is 20 yo. I really have no clue why he sold him but I'm glad he did
You guys know that negotiation screwed this game, it should come to light to everyone about mutants in top eleven.
The negotiation destroyed this game a few years back till now, the exploits have not been fixed you won't get far if you cant get mutants like
https://forum.topeleven.com/top-elev...l-trained.html
and these not even close to greatest mutants.
I realize most of the players who play these are retarded, and some of them are just good players that use this method as its just part of the trend to follow or you'd just lose out for no reason.
No, the associations destroyed the game. To be more specific, the visual to all Top 100 list and the chances to sell teams or groups .Quote:

I 'm playing the game from 2014 and before asso we didn't have any problems with tanking or mutants. There was a limit in skills of players.
Also negotiations have fun. Now it's the only interaction that left between human players for transfers.
In some way, the old auction market was better, where we could get Nordgens usually in the morning, and later more players from users that were selling. One (if not the only) negative of the old market was that it was harder get the desirable 5 star nordgens, especially those of certain positions on some servers. Negociations provided buyers more choice and sellers could get back a decent amount of tokens and cash. It was a decent option for those who did not have time to watch auctions for long.
I dont understand what is or was the problem with asso? Usually complain those who have mutants by their self and face mutants because game is made that way. For example i dont remember when last time i faced mutants (or even i have ever faced them) because i dont have these kind of players in my squad.
And yes negotiations was for impatient players like me who didn't want to sit all day to buy something or play with green packs.
Asso Top 100 has 100+ tokens per season.Quote:
I dont understand what is or was the problem with asso?
Also many mangers from there are selling their accounts for money.
So they are making mutants to keep low quality but high white skills.
So they are selling players through negotiations from one account to their other.
I dont care if they sell or not. All these changes that was made to stop those players was bad for me.
There isn't a problem for me now. Yea it exists. People would still compalin about negotiations even if they will remove them.lol
So had this kind of line up for the last few seasons on negotiations and not one single offer. I guess that's it officially dead, or am I just too high up the levels that the players round me know it's not worth it, and I should just sell up?
Do low levels still get offers?
Attachment 131578
I see some people sell their players in my notifications (not upsellers) but I don't get any offers either. Only got 1 or 2 players around sometimes for negotiations but no one seems to see them or buy them. It's dead, I will also never use it again.
I am a level 5 manager, and can suggest that the negotiation market is fairly quiet, though there would still be some activities.
24yo 99% ST/AMC with 1-on-1 SA: on nego market for 4 days. Only received 0T offers
22yo 99% ST with freekick SA: on nego market for 4 days. Only received 0T offers
20yo 119% DL/DC/DMC with playmaker SA: on market for 2 days. 6 players’ offers. Up to 0T, 1T, 5T, 6T, 9T & 12T
That defender of mine plays all matches in all competitions, winning all trophies for 3 full seasons. Average rating >8 and no suspension incurred over nearly 50 games, which is phenomenal as mainly a DMC. Obviously not-for-sale.
Last season being level 4 sold a 21yo 99% ML/AML/MC with playmaker SA for 6T. Sold mainly because he doesn’t assist much, about 5 while playing close to 50 matches.
Some low-level managers would buy for their own specific needs when auction could not provide them with what they want (at their target token cost), especially when it is very difficult for us to compete with high level managers for FTs in terms of both tokens and value required to win in auctions. Not exactly a dead market, but not a market for making tokens from buying and selling players.
