What do you mean by that? Players notes? For example, if i don´t give bonus my striker will have 6, but if i do he will have more? That´s it?

They programmed the game to take into account quality of the players, stamina, morale, bonus possession, win bonus, etc. So the more win bonus you put the higher chance of a good result is.

Quite simply, if you have the win bonus on your players have an extra motivation to win the game. I haven't tested about it getting better ratings but you'll find that your players are playing better.

It has no effect whatsoever. They play the way the game engine decides. My biggest lost ever, a 1-4 away come after i decided to give them the maximum win bonus. It's just an easy way to "spend" your money.

No... it's just as simple as that. Your players will play better with this win bonus.

I played 4 seasons with it on 100%, or to the point where I would not lose money from each game, which is almost 100%. I turned it off this season and lo and behold, NOTHING changed. I am still winning almost every game like the past 4 seasons.

I wouldnt mind if someone had some data on this thing...

Win bonus doesn't necessarily guarantee a win but it just increases your chances of winning.

As MDKII said a while back, the game engine does all sorts of calculations involving quality, morale, condition, formation etc... to give you a % of winning. I believe that a win bonus is factored into these calculations.

I gave them 80K for winning a league match, 30K for CL, 160K for Cup and none for friendly, I think this will motivate my team...

At level 2 the max win bonus I can give is 30k and that's also what I give them for each competition.
So yes, I lose 1.2k per league win, but the past 3 CL matches alone gave me 270k income after bonus. With 6 out of 7 league matches won this makes 7.2k loss and 380k income from cup makes 642.8k income from prize money alone after win bonus and not calculating ticket income. I don't really see a reason not to set it at my current stage.
