6 very easy drills in training, and let 5* player train position or speciallity. Watch how many drills since first skill point 1/40 (or 1/50) untill 2/40 (2/50). If it is 18-21 drills, that is good. If it is 22-24 it is average. 25 and more is bad!!!

Thanks for the info. You guys actually have to buy the players in order to check if they are fast trainers. Looks like its much tougher at higher levels. My faster training players are now around 85 to 95 million for 18 year olds. Looks like i will be affected in the next 5 to 10 seasons

They are like 129.1 M, 129.2 M and so on. But the decimal goes up by 1 every 2 to 3 levels... So you can kind of sort by value on the transfer list to get an idea, but yes you need to buy the player and test him. That's why I only buy 3-4 star players for 1-2 Token and all players in my team are trained...

Everything changes at level 35, if you have player on level 34 he is about 112-113 milions but when he gets 100% quallity he will be 125-126 milions.
