You just need to watch the one Youtube Video from Apolo where he shows his players and the players from Chico FC, who are much worse skillswise but have higher % and you know whats going on.
Skills are like a T11 myth nowadays. They still matter a bit, but its nothing compared like 1 or 2 years ago.

they count if you have same quality and not the roll dice against you
(if I remember well, Apollo lost the CL final vs a little weaker team, @milpol too ).

I believe that if the difference between you and your opponent is less then 5% than the guy with mutants is favorite.However if the difference is bigger than the quality is the main factor.

I would say 10-15% advantage with neutral roll dice.

Mutant gk has always been useless.
